I manage, design, and deliver learning solutions to help articulate your message, inspire your audience, and improve your organizational performance.
This is my web home. If you were in my real home, I'd ask you to sit down, relax, and I'd offer you a cold drink. Until then, all I can offer you is this humble web space.
My Work Life
I am an award-winning instructional designer who for the past 15 years has been designing face-to-face, print, computer-based, and web-based instruction and training, for global audiences. Throughout my career as an instructional designer, I have delivered and led numerous presentations, workshops, seminars, and tutorials on a wide variety of instructional design and training-related issues. In my distant past, I was a book-builder, letterpress operator, and textbook designer... and oh yeah, I invented the Internet, not Al Gore.

My Personal Life
I reside in the San Francisco Bay Area with my family. I spend a lot of time collecting, tagging, and storing digital music, as well as Tivo'ing reality shows. I also tinker with photography, write about my gadgets, and collect and critique jazz, rock and punk albums. Sometimes I tend to spew random thoughts.
